About the Role

Stephenson Operations is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle for offshore energy positions, working with candidates to support successful project delivery. As a representative of Stephenson Operations, you will communicate confidently and professionally, build lasting relationships, negotiate effectively, and consistently achieve recruitment targets. We are looking for someone who can promote opportunities with integrity, providing candidates with an accurate understanding of each role without overselling.

Stephenson Operations specializes in the recruitment of highly skilled professionals for offshore and onshore projects. We provide recruitment, headhunting, and payroll solutions for the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries, connecting exceptional talent with leading companies across the offshore energy sector.

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates while representing Stephenson Operations professionally.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Negotiate contract terms and facilitate successful recruitment outcomes.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and targets while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.

• Previous recruitment experience within the Offshore Energy, Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Renewable Energy industry is required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident in representing the company and building strong candidate relationships.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to present opportunities honestly and professionally without overselling.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet recruitment goals.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
