Jelle zoekt een ervaren (Assistent) Recruitment Manager die als rechterhand van de Commercieel Manager de recruitmentteams naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je combineert operationele daadkracht met coachend leiderschap en werkt voor ongeveer 70% mee als Recruitment Consultant.
De overige tijd ondersteun je strategisch leidinggevende taken en bewaak je proceskwaliteit. Je stuurt het recruitmentproces aan, vult kandidatenlijsten, werft flexkrachten, voert intakegesprekken en bewaakt de kwaliteit.
