Vanaf dag één krijg je begeleiding en ruimte voor initiatief, met mogelijkheden voor een vast contract bij goed presteren en flexibiliteit in waar en wanneer je werkt via mobiliteitsbudget en opleidingsmogelijkheden zoals de BDO Academie en Goodhabitz.
