In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en beheren van onderhoudscontracten voor CV-ketels, waarbij je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en monteurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning optimaal is en klanten te woord staat bij vragen over service en onderhoud. Bovendien bied je ondersteuning aan je team binnen een gezellige en professionele sfeer.
