Country Manager Benelux - Maersk Logistics; MCL

Delivers an effective commercial strategy in country. Drives costs and efficiency improvements, ensures staff performance and drives the business strategy in the country.

• Own and drive the country P&L, delivering on revenue, margin, and cost targets
• Define and execute the country strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
• Oversee all warehousing, cold store, and distribution centre operations across Benelux
• Drive operational performance across key KPIs including productivity, service levels, and inventory accuracy
• Lead commercial growth initiatives, including market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead, develop, and inspire the country leadership team to deliver a high-performance culture

• Continuous improvement mindset: thoughtful, curious, motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing full P&L in a logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics environment
• Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-site operations and senior leadership teams
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in business development, contract negotiations, and customer engagement
• Deep understanding of warehousing, distribution, and operational excellence principles
• Proven ability to lead transformation, change initiatives, and drive performance improvements in complex organisations
