Beercoo schoonmaakgroep in Rotterdam zoekt een teamleider schoonmaak die dagelijks leiding geeft aan een team van 20 tot 35 medewerkers. Je coacht en begeleidt het team zodat zij met plezier werken. Daarnaast voer je sollicitatie- en voortgangsgesprekken, maak je personeelsplanningen, en onderhoud je contact met klanten.
Je bezoekt verschillende locaties voor kwaliteitscontroles en lost operationele vraagstukken op. Een uitdagende rol binnen een dynamische omgeving!
