Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries.Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands.Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.Benefits
