Flits Interim zoekt een Teamleider IT - People Developer die leiderschap en technologie combineert. Je zult investeren in de groei van IT-professionals binnen een Agile omgeving.
Dagelijks coach je medewerkers, stem je af met andere teams en zorg je ervoor dat ieder teamlid zich kan ontwikkelen. De rol vereist minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie. Je werkt in een innovatieve sfeer en hebt invloed op de ontwikkeling van je team.
Deze rol is voor 32 uur per week, met minimaal 2 dagen op locatie in Rotterdam.
