Q Terminals Kramer Rotterdam zoekt een Supervisor Container Repair om het team te leiden dat inspecteert, repareert, schoonmaakt en upgrade van containers. Je stuurt circa 40 medewerkers aan verspreid over locaties in de Rotterdamse haven en professionaliseert de afdeling door duidelijke structuur en verantwoordelijkheid te stimuleren.
Je hebt affiniteit met techniek, leiderschap en coaching, en zorgt voor efficiënte planning en naleving van milieu- en veiligheidsprocedures.
