Den Hartogh is een internationaal logistiek dienstverlener met 54 locaties en ruim 2.600 collega’s. In Rotterdam zoekt de organisatie een Customer Service Coördinator / Teamleider die het overzicht bewaart en internationaal transport coördineert.
Je stuurt een team van 5–6 medewerkers aan, bewaakt KPI’s en onderhoudt contact met klanten en partners. Je combineert operationele betrokkenheid met coachend leiderschap en zet in op digitalisering en procesverbeteringen.
