Je betrekt je bij planning, kwaliteit van dienstverlening en veiligheid. Een HBO-diploma in Social Work of zorgmanagement is vereist, met ervaring in coaching en leidinggeven. Een stimulerende werkomgeving en ruimte voor ontwikkeling worden geboden.
