At Hitachi Energy, you will play a key role in delivering service projects that help our customers operate reliable and efficient energy infrastructure. As a Service Project Manager
, you will lead complex service projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will work closely with customers, service teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes. This role combines project leadership, customer engagement, and commercial responsibility in a dynamic and growing service environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong customer relationships, and delivering projects that contribute to the energy transition.

• You lead service projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• You define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with customers and stakeholders.
• You develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
• You identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to support successful delivery.
• You coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• You communicate project progress, challenges, and results to customers and stakeholders.
• You monitor project budgets, costs, revenue, and overall financial performance.
• You contribute to continuous improvement and support the development of less experienced colleagues.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience managing projects or complex service deliveries.
• You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
