As part of Lindt’s long-term regional expansion strategy, Lindt opened a subsidiary in the Netherlands in February 2019. Since July 2021, it scaled up to a Be Ne Lux  organization. There is a focus on developing the brand awareness and brand preference in the full cluster in a rapid way to achieve the ambitious growth targets.

To accomplish this, Lindt Be Ne Lux  is currently looking for a:

MARKETING MANAGER

POSITION

As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of brand‑building initiatives that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and enhance consumer relevance for our Lindt brands in the Benelux. In specific the product portfolio of our LINDOR chocolate pralines and GOLD BUNNY seasonal chocolates will be your core responsibility.

You act as an owner of the brands and know exactly what the purchase drivers and barriers are to win the heart of the consumers. By working closely together with a multi-disciplinary team you manage to grow the mental and physical availability of Lindt in an effective and profitable way. In this role, you will have 1 direct report and you will be reporting to Tanja Kempen, Marketing Director of Lindt Benelux.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand & Campaign Management:
    Lead the end‑to‑end development of integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns in collaboration with our agency;
  • Market, Consumer & Competitive Insights:
    Translate market and consumer insights into brand strategy, communication plans, and innovation opportunities;
  • Mental Availability:
    Work closely with Media Manager and external media partners to ensure effective and efficient media strategy execution for our Key Franchises;
  • Portfolio & innovation:
    Drive portfolio development and brand relevance through long‑term planning and innovation initiatives;
  • Physical Availability:
    Develop shopper growth platforms executed 360 in collaboration with Shopper Marketing. Ensure best in class in-store POSM in line with brand guidance;
  • Cross functional leadership:
    Partner with the Benelux commercial team, the International Marketing team and lead the partnership with our creative agency.
PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree in Marketing (master);
  • Senior relevant work experience in Marketing within FMCG (preferably Be Ne Lux ).
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (French is a plus);
  • Experience in leading a team;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PPT, Word, Excel).

  • You are ambitious and want to achieve the best outcomes.
