Position: Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Freight Forwarding NL Market

In this role, you will join one of our trusted freight forwarding companies within the group and collaborate closely with Voyfai to accelerate the commercial growth of two established entities in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, you will help expand their customer base, strengthen relationships, and drive business development in a competitive and fast‑moving market.

You’ll work alongside experienced sales and operations teams while contributing directly to the continued success and growth of our group companies and their clients.

Your Role:

As a Sales Development Associate (m/f/d), you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for two freight forwarding companies within the Voyfai group. You will focus on building and nurturing client relationships in the Dutch‑speaking market and act as a key link between prospective customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients in the Dutch‑speaking market through calls, emails, and social channels

  • Support SME freight forwarders within the Voyfai group by generating new business opportunities and expanding their client base

  • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings in collaboration with company leadership

  • Research local target accounts, industries, and stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Share market feedback and client insights with Sales and leadership to refine go‑to‑market strategies and playbooks

What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or other commercial roles (internships or working student experience also welcome)

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near‑native level), with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good command of English for internal collaboration across the Voyfai group

  • Interest in sales, business growth, and supporting SMEs in the logistics or freight forwarding sector

  • Proactive and results‑driven mindset with resilience and curiosity

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously

  • Affinity with logistics, transportation, or mobility sectors is a plus
