You stand out in selling technical solutions, preferably in the SaaS field, involving multiple stakeholders and complex decision-making processes in the public sector. You rely on a systematic sales approach and continuously develop your pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle. Thanks to your active listening skills, you are able to identify customer challenges and offer solutions that meet their needs while ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
Value-based selling is second nature to you. You are communicative and enthusiastic, maintaining authentic and lasting relationships, both with clients and internally.
You are passionate about current environmental challenges and want to engage in meaningful projects where you can take responsibility. As an Independent Sales Agent, you will develop sales in your region in close collaboration with our sales teams in France and Switzerland. You will manage customers and coordinate all sales activities to ensure an effective approach. You will work closely with all departments to ensure collective success and foster strong team spirit.
You are ready to take a hands‑on approach and show initiative to continuously adapt to customer needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for sales: budget, tools and markets, accelerating sales in your region
Managing customers in Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia) and the Netherlands: acquisition, building customer relationships, visits, preparing offers and contracts
Leverage your public‑sector network to build and expand customer relationships
Collaborate with Cortexia’s sales teams in Switzerland and France to ensure a coordinated market approach
Coordination with customer support and internal teams, monitoring projects and customer relationships
Represent the company on industry events and promote the services and products offered by Cortexia
Proven track record (5+ years) in selling technical or SaaS solutions in the public/environmental sector
Excellent network in municipalities and public administration in the Benelux region
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
Results‑oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong organizational skills and experience with ERP tools (Odoo) and Office applications
Self‑driven, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently on a commission basis
