Inside Sales Engineer

This is a key role that ensures strong relationships are built with external customers by providing technical support with quotations and specifications, enabling a high level of customer service to be delivered worldwide.
In this role, you will report to the customer service team leader and work in a small team that closely collaborates with external sales teams and engineering departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, preparing sales quotations, pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, and other forms of information required by the customer, and finalizing outstanding quotations within agreed timelines and reporting accordingly.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in a customer service environment looking to advance their career within technical sales.
