About the Role
Reporting to the Axonics Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll help achieve the goals and objectives of the Axonics portfolio for the Netherlands.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Account Management & Strategy :
Master selling techniques, strategic account planning, and understand customer needs.

Address routine challenges and build foundational knowledge of the medical device industry, including competitors and market trends.

Sales Execution & Territory Management :
Conduct regular, planned visits to current and potential customers; exceed sales targets; identify growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Development :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; leverage communication and negotiation skills.

Market Development :
Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute market strategies aligned with divisional goals.

Clinical Training & Support :
Provide product training and clinical support of Sacral Neuromodulation Products to HCPs in operating rooms.

Business Analysis & Reporting :
Collect, analyze, report market intelligence and business feedback; refine territory strategies.

Industry Engagement :
Represent Boston Scientific at meetings, conferences, exhibitions.

Problem Solving & Innovation :
Identify challenges and propose solutions.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement :
Participate in project teams and collaborate across departments.

What Are We Looking For In You?

About 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.

Background in Urology and/or Neuromodulation products and portfolio, or clinical support considered a plus.

Experience supporting procedures in the operating room valuable.

Local Customers & market knowledge.

Experience preparing tenders & relationship with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Motivation and positive attitude.

Good interpersonal and relational skills.

Availability to travel in the area of responsibility, and nationally when necessary.
