About the job
We are looking for a Sales Executive that is passionate about helping customers with their staffing needs. We are still growing and a lot of business still need to get to know us so you will be responsible for doing a lot of outreach. You are expert in understanding the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

As we are a growing company we expect you to really contribute in building our culture in terms of your habits and discipline.
In this role:

Be able to impact and build our sales team;
Collaborate with product and marketing.
About you
You bring excellent sales process and discipline;
You are energetic and outgoing, making a lot of calls is no problem;
Networking and relationships is a passion;
You have finesse in longer sales cycles;
You are tough and willing to grow;
You are curious, ask a lot of questions and are a good listener;
You are a team player and can manage pressure well.

Salary between EUR  (100% bonus);
