Position: New Business, Enterprise Account Executive (AE)
Overview  We are looking for an experienced New Business, Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to help us grow our business by tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business.

You will strategically target companies and prospective buyers to identify their goals, objectives, and pain points that will help you position our solutions. You are dedicated to meet and exceed your targets, and will always act in the best interest of the client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of sales experience.

The right candidate will   Own the strategy and execution plan for your territory.
Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer priorities and align our solutions to their needs.
Communicate the VONQ value proposition in a way that’s relevant and practical for each customer.
Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
Manage the sales process end to end, keeping close track of progress at each stage.
Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparent communication with management on pipeline status.
Qualifications  At VONQ, we value a positive, self-starting, and can-do attitude. To support our growth ambitions, we believe the following characteristics and experience will help you succeed as an Account Executive:
2–5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in a B2B, consultative sales environment

Experience with in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing Technology, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving scale-up
Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate needs into commercial solutions
Highly organized with solid time and pipeline management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch
A strong drive to learn, grow, and develop in a technology-driven environment
A sense of urgency, ownership, and persistence
Extra points:

Experience with recruitment marketing or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
