We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Executive to strengthen Dalux’s presence in the Dutch market. As part of our growing team in Rotterdam, you’ll play a hands-on role in building strong client relationships and bringing cutting-edge BIM and Con Tech solutions to property owners, contractors, and consultants.

Dalux develops innovative, user-friendly SaaS solutions for the construction and real estate sectors. Our products, powered by world-leading 3D and BIM technology, help professionals streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve collaboration.

Your role
As a Sales Executive at Dalux, you’ll be responsible for driving growth in the Dutch market by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning Dalux as the go-to Con Tech partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategies to expand Dalux’s footprint in the Netherlands.
Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new customers while building long-term partnerships.
Acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients maximize value from our software.
Leading the full sales process: needs analysis, solution presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Representing Dalux at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe to share knowledge and best practices.
We imagine you bring
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, Con Tech, or a related field.
A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
A proactive, structured approach combined with a growth-oriented mindset.
The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels – from site managers to C-level executives.
