Overview  An international manufacturer of electronic equipment and parts is seeking a Sales Executive to expand their component business in Europe.
This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and driving growth across designated markets. Strong industry experience and networks are required.
Eligibility   (X) NOT eligible:  Working holiday, Graduate, Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship
Contract   Contract Type:  1-year fixed term (with possibility of permanent employment)
Salary:  €60k-€75k (including year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance) + car allowance (€400/month)

Location:

South Netherlands (hybrid work available – 1 day/week after probation)
Travel Requirements:  Frequent business travel across Europe

Key Responsibilities   Develop new business opportunities and grow our client base across Europe, especially in Netherlands, Benelux, and Germany
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Provide basic technical support and equipment setup (training provided)
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot opportunities
Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Japan to improve sales strategies
Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications   Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience of electronic components in Europe
Well-established professional network within relevant sectors
Fluent in English
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional negotiation abilities and talent for building long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for driving sales success.
