As a Sales Advisor you will work in tobacco retail shops across your region and serve as the face of well‑known JTI brands such as Camel and Winston. Daily tasks include:

• Traveling to shops in your area, setting up a mobile desk and creating a visible presence.
• Engaging in conversations with existing smokers to understand brand preferences and explore opportunities to switch to JTI products.
• Providing product information and advice while respecting strict tobacco regulations and ensuring all customers are 18 or older.
• Collecting and recording customer data on an iPad to support sales targets.
• Building long‑term relationships with retailers to create a “good‑factor” that contributes to target achievement.

• Residing within the Rotterdam area.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Availability of 32–40 hours per week with willingness to work on Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and retailers.

We provide a comprehensive onboarding program that covers product knowledge, shop‑floor procedures and tips for achieving your sales targets. A Field Coach will support and guide you throughout your integration into the role.
