Account Manager I/II – Corporate Accounts I
Manage large vehicle fleets for corporate clients and drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement account and portfolio plans to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new revenue from existing relationships and actively pursue new leads.
- Onboard new clients sourced by Sales and monitor and adjust revenue targets.
- Analyze market and competitor data to recommend expansions or adjustments to Ayvens’ service portfolio.
- Visit clients regularly to build rapport, ensuring high customer satisfaction and portfolio share growth.
- Provide proactive advice based on market developments and internal capabilities.
- Understand and influence decision‑making processes of target organizations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including external fleet consultants.
- Maintain accurate customer data in systems such as Salesforce.
- Guide customers through Ayvens’ digital platform and maximize usage of self‑service tools.
- Minimum completed HBO degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Preferably extensive experience in strategic account management for customers with large vehicle fleets.
- Strong knowledge of the leasing and service markets, vehicle fleet management and outsourcing.
- Proven expertise in advising customers on outsourcing and optimizing large fleet management.
- Ability to comprehend and navigate complex situations and drive strategic customer challenges.
- Experience maintaining C‑level relationships and managing complex strategic decision‑making processes.
- Demonstrated self‑starting, hunter mentality, and strong communication skills.
- Empathy, commercial flair, and ability to engage the client organization at multiple levels.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and independent.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Salary €3,549.00–€5,100.00 gross per 40 hours (depending on experience).
