The Internship

You'll play a vital role in helping some of the coolest brands in Europe bring their merchandising visions to life. This internship offers a unique blend of project management, sales and creative thinking.

As an Inbound & Outbound Sales Intern at Monday Merch, you’ll work closely with two teams - Qualifying/Sales and Outbound. Regarding the qualifying team, you will support the first stage of our sales process by qualifying inbound leads through reviewing incoming requests, understanding customer needs, and identifying strong opportunities for the Sales team. You’ll also manage merch projects ranging from 3,000 to 100,000 euros.

At the same time, you’ll support outbound sales by researching promising companies, preparing target lists, reaching out to potential B2B customers and developing materials for more effective follow ups (e.g. merch concepts, guides).

In other words, if you are a well-rounded person who wants to explore multiple fields during one internship (not on a surface level) - this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales team as the first point of contact for new potential B2B customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and assist potential customers with their needs (Qualifying leads).
  • Research potential B2B customers and identify companies that could be a strong fit for Monday Merch.
  • Assist with outbound outreach via email, Linked In, and other channels.
  • Bring creative ideas on how we can become #1 merch platform worldwide.

Qualifications
  • Passion for sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields (e.g., HR, Event Management). Prior experience not required, eagerness to learn and being a quick learner is more important.
  • Enthusiastic and personable communicator, whether on the phone or via email.
  • Highly organized and able to work in a structured manner (this is crucial!).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university-level education (field of study not specific).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a big plus.
  • You are available from July, August, September or October 2026 for at least 5-6 months.
