Indirect Sales Coordinator – Commercial Road Transport  Transport companies across Europe rely on efficient fuel solutions to keep their fleets on the road. Q8

TRUCK supports them with a strong network of partners and smart mobility solutions. As Indirect Sales Coordinator, you expand that network by building strong relationships with agents, resellers, and value‑added service providers (VASPs). Your focus is simple: grow the partner network, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase Q8

TRUCK’s profitability across the region. You connect opportunities, partners, and markets to turn them into sustainable growth.
Responsibilities   Strengthen and expand the Q8

TRUCK partner network across Europe, driving growth in the commercial road transport sector.
Identify and onboard new agents, resellers, and VASPs that strengthen the Q8

TRUCK network.
Grow business with existing partners by building trust and creating new commercial opportunities.
Work closely with the Q8

TRUCK Sales teams across Europe to boost partner engagement and coordinate sales initiatives.
Monitor partner performance and market developments to spot opportunities for growth and expansion.
Ensure partners follow Q8

TRUCK policies and support strong credit performance and timely payments.
Track activities and results in CRM, reporting insights to the Head of Indirect Sales.
Contribute to a safe working environment by applying all HSSE policies and procedures.
Support the development and promotion of Homebase solutions by identifying customer opportunities, preparing offers, and coordinating with internal teams.
Qualifications   At least 5 years of B2B sales experience; telemarketing or partnership management experience is a strong plus.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills, able to build trust quickly with partners.
Confident negotiator with a focus on results and growth.
Pragmatic problem‑solver who takes initiative.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English.
Drive to grow partnerships and make a tangible impact in a fast‑moving industry.
