Sales Excellence Manager

For a leading international player at the intersection of health, technology and performance, we are looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Manager. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a top-tier sales organization. You will turn data and insights into tangible results, coaching both Sales Management and Account Managers to consistently outperform expectations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Shape and optimize the local sales strategy.
Coach and train the sales organization in value-based and consultative selling.
Improve processes and tools to measurably increase sales performance.
Monitor KPIs and translate data into strategic advice.
Collaborate across departments to further professionalize the organization.
Requirements:
5–10+ years of experience in sales excellence, sales consulting, or sales leadership.
Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven experience coaching and training commercial teams.
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to drive change without formal authority.
Passion for sports and fitness; energetic, proactive, and hands-on.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Dutch is a must.
Additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.
