Account Manager
Role:

Responsibilities
Promote high‑quality edible oils and fat products to assigned region/portfolio customers.
Retain existing client portfolio and key customers while actively generating new business opportunities.
Develop a reliable and long‑term trusting relationship with customers.
Manage customer relationships throughout the complete sales cycle.
Balance capacity, optimize profits and product split.
Negotiate contracts and follow up on open contracts book, budgets and payments.
Visit existing and potential customers of assigned portfolio.
Forecast and track key account metrics and clearly communicate progress to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in sales, communications or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with the edible oils or food industry.
Fluency in English & German (additional European language a plus).
Experience with CRM, ERP software and MS Office.
Strong communication skills including listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel in Europe (driver’s license required).
