You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements.

• Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow‑up phone calls
• Establishing and expanding the list of clients
• Checking the arrivals list in cooperation with the Sales Manager
• Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
• Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation

• Ideally, have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
• Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
• Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
• Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
• Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
