The Opportunity
LR is seeking an experienced and commercially driven IWW Sales / Account Manager to strengthen and grow our Inland Waterways business, based in Rotterdam. This role is critical to sustaining market leadership, expanding market share, and developing advisory opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver sales, revenue, margin and cash targets

Protect market share in new construction

Grow business with existing fleets, including ToC opportunities

Act as primary point of contact for customers

Develop strategic account plans

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Your Profile

Proven sales or account management experience in maritime or related sectors

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to build trusted client relationships

Strong communication and influencing skills

Fluent Dutch required

Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam
