As a Commercial / Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within an international road transport organization. The role combines sales, customer relationship management, and commercial performance, working closely with operations to deliver profitable and high-quality transport solutions.

• Manage and further develop existing customer accounts
• Acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and contracts
• Cooperate with planning and operations teams to meet customer requirements
• Monitor customer performance, margins, and service levels
• Represent the company during customer meetings and industry events

• Experience in sales or account management, ideally within road transport or logistics
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven
• Solid understanding of transport pricing and market dynamics
• Fluent English required
• Polish, Dutch, or German is a strong advantage
