Sales Manager – TPU & TPE Compounds

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to lead and expand our TPU/TPE Compounds business across Europe, with a strong focus on the Iberian Peninsula and the UK.

This is a strategic role suited for someone who combines strong technical B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of TPU/TPE Compounds applications and an established customer network in the field.

Key end-use segments include footwear (shoe soles), hoses & tubes, cables, animal ear tags, medical applications, belts, automotive, textiles, and a variety of injection-molded and extruded parts.

• Develop and grow sales of TPU/TPE Compounds across assigned European territories.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers: OEMs (end users), converters (injection molding & extrusion), and compounders.
• Explore and penetrate new market segments in focus areas such as footwear, automotive, cable sheathing, industrial, and medical.
• Collaborate with internal technical and R&D teams to support application development and customized solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, sales forecasting, and market intelligence reporting.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits, with a travel commitment of up to 40-50%.

• Minimum 5-10 years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally in TPU/TPE Compounds or related specialty materials.
• Alternatively, candidates with a solid background in specialty chemicals and active customer engagement in relevant application areas will also be considered.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and hands-on field experience in technical sales environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently within a multicultural, cross-border team.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) are a plus.
