International IOT Growth Lead

International growth is a key strategic priority for our business. As International Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our international direct sales success into a repeatable, high-performing growth engine while strengthening our global customer and partner ecosystem.
This is a unique player‑coach role, combining leadership and hands‑on business development. You will build and develop a small team of international sales professionals while personally leading strategic customer opportunities and helping shape our international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities   Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international sales team.
Drive international growth by identifying new markets, building pipeline and winning new business.
Manage and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with multinational customers, scale-ups and OEMs.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Contribute to commercial strategy, including market expansion, go-to-market approaches and sales effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Delivery teams to maximize growth.
Unlike many international sales leadership positions, this role requires some but not extensive travel. You will drive international growth from the Netherlands, focusing on targeted business development and team success rather than majority of your time spent on a airplane.
You are an ambitious commercial professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales and business development. You enjoy building teams, winning strategic deals and translating commercial strategy into results.
