Business Development Manager - Cold Store Warehousing

Well known for our leading market position in temperature-controlled warehousing. To continuously expand our business and add even more value for our customers, we are hiring a Business Development Manager with a focus on our Cold Store Warehouses.

The Role
This position combines tactical sales activities to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for our Cold Stores and also a strategic focus on developing new business opportunities. You will also work with existing Lineage accounts and work together with sales colleagues for our Integrated Solutions department.

What You'll Be Doing

Consultative selling with a focus on our Cold Store Warehouses

Developing new business and maintain and expand current accounts

Managing inbound sales enquiries and formal tenders

Creating tailored proposals for customer requirements

Building long-term partnerships with both new and existing accounts

Maintaining accurate records in the sales database (CRM)

Who We're Looking For

Strong B2B sales experience (consultative selling) with proven new business generation

Cold store knowledge/experience is a must

Experience working to targets in a structured, professional environment

Proven ability to build and convert a sales pipeline

Broader European logistics experience

Fluent in English and preferable in Dutch too
