Safe Place in Round Lake Beach, IL is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager. You will secure and place DV and Human Trafficking survivors into transitional housing, build landlord partnerships, and coordinate intake assessments, service plans, and referrals for employment, education, counseling, and legal advocacy.
Travel within Lake County is required. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a closely related field is required;
Spanish bilingual preferred.
