Cash Applications Specialist

Uline is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085. This role will ensure seamless financial transactions and maintain account accuracy for our growing North American company.

Pay: $25 to $27 per hour.

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
