We are partnering with a global leader in the medical device industry seeking a hands‑on Material Science Engineer to support polymer testing, material characterization, and extrusion lab activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hands‑on laboratory testing and material characterization
- Conduct thermal and mechanical analysis on polymer materials
- Support testing of films, tubing, and extrusion molded products
- Execute protocols and write technical reports in a regulated environment
- Assist with extrusion lab activities and troubleshooting
- Material Science / Polymer background
- Hands‑on lab testing experience
- Experience with tools such as DSC, TGA, DMA, FTIR, Rheometer, Tensile Tester, SEM, etc.
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- Comfortable working fully onsite and lifting up to 50 lbs if needed
