Responsibilities
- Define system requirements, hardware specifications, and electrical architectures
- Design and develop analog and digital circuits for embedded, microcontroller-based systems
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and validation for performance, reliability, and safety
- Ensure seamless integration across electrical, mechanical, and software components
- Develop and maintain design documentation, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and design improvements
- Define and execute validation and test strategies, including data acquisition and analysis
- Guide PCB layout to meet EMI/EMC/ESD and manufacturability requirements
- Support transition from design to manufacturing and ensure production readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, regulatory, quality, and operations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in electrical/electronic hardware development
- Experience working in regulated environments (medical device, automotive, aerospace, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience with EMI/EMC testing and compliance
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, UL, ANSI, etc.)
- Embedded systems (microcontrollers, FPGA, digital/analog design)
- Circuit design, analysis, and simulation
- PCB design tools (Altium Designer preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
