Join Our Client as a Packaging Engineer in Round Lake, IL in redefining healthcare to save and sustain lives! We seek a driven professional with an Engineering B.S. and 5+ years of experience to lead innovative packaging projects and cost‑saving initiatives.

- Lead and independently manage packaging projects for Quality/CAPA, regulatory compliance, and new product introductions across domestic and international facilities.
- Partner with internal teams, manufacturing plants, and external suppliers to develop testing protocols and execute rigorous change control activities.
- Author and approve packaging material specifications, technical drawings, and procedural guidelines to ensure robust product and packaging configurations.
- Apply critical thinking and DMAIC techniques to resolve complex packaging issues, recommend design modifications, and perform financial analysis to drive cost savings.
