Principal Process Engineer

As a Principal Process Engineer at BAXTER, you will lead complex process design, optimization, and scale-up for critical healthcare products. You'll own end-to-end process improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods to increase safety, quality, and throughput in a regulated manufacturing environment. Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to validate processes, resolve deviations, reduce scrap, and introduce new technologies.

Mentor engineers, drive standard work and best practices, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements in support of Baxter's life-sustaining therapies.
