Job Description

• Board level testing like module, Integration and system testing.
• Board level debugging and RCA's.
• Soldering and components
• Knowledge and experience with components, capacitors, ultrasound sensors and motors
• Integration testing experience with oscilloscope
• Have system verification experience
• Work with Microcontrollers and other high-speed signals, USB, UART and SPI.
• Knowledge on selecting appropriate electronic components based on cost, performance and reliability considerations.
• Develop and maintain the testing artifacts as per QMS requirements.
• Analysing requirements, developing detailed hardware test cases.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases for new features verification, regression testing and defect reporting / tracking.
• Should have good communication skills and ability to communicate and coordinate with different team members in other geographic locations.
• Strong knowledge on Digital, Analog, power and RF circuits.
• Strong knowledge on the communications like I2C, SPI, UART, RS232 and RS485.
• Ability to read and interpret component datasheets, PCB schematics and layout designs.
• Hands on experience in using the circuit design tools like – ORCAD/Altium/Mentor Graphics.
• Board level testing liker module, Integration and system testing.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with experience in debugging, diagnosing complex circuit issues which involves both hardware and software.
• Hands on experience in using laboratory equipment like Digital oscilloscope, Mustimeters, logic analysers, power supply, Electronic loads etc.,
• Hands on experience with PCB rework and component soldering.
• Knowledge of REACH/ROHS/WEEE compliance.
• Good understanding and knowledge on medical device EMI/EMC testing, Environmental testing and Safety testing as per international standards.
• Good knowledge on medical device standards like ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA, CE and IEC standards.
