- Monitor product exposure times and document process flow as required
- Periodically perform all Operator I/Operator II functions
- Pull required processing samples, document, package and distribute
- Set up/tear down room and keep production area supplies up to date
- Perform all line clearances
- Replace labels on dispensers, take appropriate samples and verify as well as troubleshoot any label dispenser problems
- Collect, document, disposition production scrap
- Troubleshoot problems in the finishing area, and decide how to correct or who to contact
- Facility cleaning as required
- Move production cart into +5 degrees C and freezer areas in the required times as specified by product requirements
- Maintain attendance in accordance with the RLD Attendance Policy
- Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs
- Move pasteurization carts and operate the pasteurizer
- Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin
- Must not be colorblind
- High School Diploma required, equivalent experience preferred
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English
- Visual acuity 20/25 Near Vision with or without corrective vision required
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Digital literacy
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent walking and standing
- Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, wrist turning, pinching and manipulation
This position has a salary pay rate of $20.65 an hour. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location. This is an 8 hour M-F shift schedule. 2nd Shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
