You’ll be a key part of our production team, helping build industrial ovens and furnaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Moving and staging materials
• Insulating industrial equipment
  
  Grinding and drilling components
• Assisting with welding and fabrication
• Mechanical assembly of parts and components

We’re looking for dependable, detail‑oriented individuals who show up on‑time and are ready to work and learn.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic English reading and communication skills
• Ability to read tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders

• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or sheet metal work
