Grieve Corporation is a well-established manufacturer of industrial ovens and furnaces, and we are growing our manufacturing team. We are looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team that builds specialized industrial equipment right here in the United States.

As a Welder at Grieve, you will play an important role in fabricating and assembling our industrial ovens and furnaces. Your work will include:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal and steel components
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Weld materials ranging from 20-gauge sheet metal to 3/8" iron plate
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and project deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with other members of the manufacturing team
- 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Experience welding 20-gauge sheet metal through 3/8" iron plate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Stainless steel welding experience is a plus, but not required
