What You'll Do

As a Welder at Grieve, you will play an important role in fabricating and assembling our industrial ovens and furnaces. Your work will include:

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal and steel components
  • Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Weld materials ranging from 20-gauge sheet metal to 3/8" iron plate
  • Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and project deadlines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the manufacturing team
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints
  • Experience welding 20-gauge sheet metal through 3/8" iron plate
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Stainless steel welding experience is a plus, but not required
