Alpha Paving Industries seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain accurate AR records, enter payments, and resolve billing issues with customers and management. You will work on invoicing, discrepancies, and billing documentation in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has at least one year in AR, strong data entry, proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books or similar), and excellent communication and organizational skills.
