Data Entry Clerk III

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work on a 12-month assignment in their facilities in Round Rock, TX.

• Enters and updates information into computer programs or databases.
• Assesses files to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry.
• Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information and establishes entry priorities.
• Follows verbal and written instructions.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Requires minimal work direction and is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the position.
• Takes machine maintenance details provided by technicians (via SharePoint) and enters them into SAP.
• Redistributes reports back to technicians for completion.

• Strong SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and self‑motivation with little oversight.
• Typing proficiency, 10‑key number entry, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in the field, possibly with professional certification.
• Preferred background in oil/gas and commercial maintenance.
• Familiarity with machinery maintenance schedules.

Schedule:

In person M‑F 7:00 to 3:30 with up to 10% overtime.
