Production Operator

Production

• Prep, scan or image sample.
• Preparation and data entry of documents for scanning.
• Data entry, sorting, labeling, copying, removing fasteners and examining documents.
• Operation and troubleshooting of scan machines.
• This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to stand for 8 hours and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.
• Quality assurance of the documents prepped or scanned. Verifying that all documents were prepped or scanned to standards and that no pages we missed during scanning.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

• Alpha-numeric typing of 20+ wpm and/or numeric typing of 5000+ kph
• Operate standard office equipment such as computers and copiers.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers
• Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language.
• Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent, Must be 18 year of age or older.
• Previous work experience using a computer

• Experience in the copy or imaging industry a plus.
