Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Hourly

Job Title: Redactor

Department: Production

• Trained, certified, and meets productivity and quality standards for the task defined below
• Reads and redacts agency records for release under statutes and agency policies and guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned and required to maintain unit operations

• Some positions will require the performance of other essential functions depending upon work location, project or shift
• Exhibits flexibility with the work schedule
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service

• Operate standard office equipment such as scanners, computers and copiers
• Work cooperatively with co-workers
• Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language
• Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time

Required: 4 year post secondary education, or equivalent experience

Preferred: Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred: Experience in the copy or imaging industry a plus
