Overview
Automotive Service Advisor (Quick Lube Sales) – High Earning Potential – Kwik Kar, Round Rock and North Austin, TX.
We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value.
Pay & Benefits- $800 to $1300 per week - earning potential.
- Commission + bonuses (uncapped).
- Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives.
- Greet customers and guide service recommendations.
- Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services.
- Upsell ethically by educating customers.
- Work with technicians to verify vehicle needs.
- Deliver fast, friendly, professional service.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication & closing skills.
- High energy, goal-oriented mindset.
- Automotive experience is a plus (not required).
- High car volume = more sales opportunities.
- No cap on earnings.
