Rush Automotive in Round Rock is hiring an experienced A-Level Technician who wants consistent hours, strong income potential, and a shop built for production.
We are currently operating below capacity, which means plenty of work available and no shortage of hours. If you’re a high performer, you will not be waiting around for tickets.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
- Consistent 40+ billed hours per week available
- Performance-based pay plan with flexibility

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, etc.)
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality
- Consistently produce 40+ billed hours per week
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience
- A-Level skillset (90%+ competency across systems)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Proven production history (40+ billed hours/week)
- Team-oriented mindset
