Essential Duties and Responsibilities /strong/p

ul
li Analyze bid packages and complex data to evaluate pricing strategies./li
li Collaborate with national account personnel to develop pricing strategies for each business opportunity./li
li Analyze bid opportunities with market data and internal data to generate competitive and accurate rating of freight lanes./li
li Review rates prior to submission to assure marketability and customer requirements are met./li
li Assure bid packages are submitted to customers with all required components by the deadline./li
li Follow up with national account personnel and/or customers and document to determine success/failures on opportunities./li
li Review bid results and analyze factors affecting awards./li
li Respond as needed to e-mail received in the Pricing queue./li
liWork with other pricing analysts and pricing administration on a daily basis./li
liWork with other MVT departments regarding pricing to include OPS and Sales team/li
li Other duties as assigned./li

Qualifications/strong/p

listrong/strong2-4 years brokerage experience; at least 1 in customer facing quoting/pricing role./li
liSpot and Contract pricing experience across different equipment types/li
li Efficient in Microsoft Office/li
li Microsoft Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, if statements/li
li Analytical problem-solving skills./li
li Ability to work in a fast-paced environment./li
li Excellent oral and written communication skills/li
li Superb interpersonal skills fostering a positive work environment./li
